The company focuses mainly on seven industries, including lithium-ion batteries, photovoltaics, 3C, storage and logistics systems, automotive, fuel cells and lasers, and employs more than 15,000 people worldwide, including more than 5,000 R&D engineers.
Duties and responsibilities: Complete the routine finance bookkeeping tasks in a timely manner with accuracy, e.g., bank reconciliation, invoice booking, payment arrangement, reimbursement review.
Review the financial statements periodically and ensure that financial information complies with regulatory standards.
Enter financial data such as accruals, deferrals, and reclassification entries into the ledger, as well as perform closing activities, prepare reports, and support external/internal audits.
Work with relevant teams to set optimal workflows and implement continuous improvements.
Support the implementation of informatization construction.
Qualifications and knowledge: 3+ years' post-qualification experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of HGB is a must.
Language skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
Good level in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.).
Ability to be self-motivated and cope with minimal supervision to maintain both personal and team effectiveness.
