The GE Vernova Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) accelerates development of entry-level talent and produces leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the Supply Chain (inclusive of manufacturing, sourcing, materials, and quality) functions at GE Vernova across the Electrification segment.Job DescriptionWhat you'll do:OMLP is a two-year entry-level rotational program consisting of four 6-month rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging assignments and world-class training.
Training topics include lean, functional expertise (EHS, quality, materials, sourcing, manufacturing engineering, etc.
), as well as leadership and personal development topics.There are 3 mandatory rotation opportunities every OMLP will complete:Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor (people leader of hourly workforce)Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow)Technical (quality, lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer)What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications):BS or MS in Engineering or Supply Chain.
Supply chain degrees should have hands-on manufacturing experience.Unrestricted work authorization to work in Italy.Desire to stay in Italy post completion of the OMLP program.Overall GPA (or equivalent) greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 (without rounding).Prior work experience - including but not limited to work in a manufacturing setting (internship or associate).No more than 2 years of full-time industry experience.Open to relocation (within home country.
There are no international rotations).Fluent in Italian.

The OMLP will attend three global week-long leadership trainings and two week-long functional trainings over the course of the 2 years, focused on building business acumen, supply chain knowledge and leadership skills.
