The GE Vernova Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) accelerates development of entry-level talent and produces leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the Supply Chain (inclusive of manufacturing, sourcing, materials, and quality) functions at GE Vernova across the Electrification segment.
**What you'll do**:
OMLP is a two-year entry-level rotational program consisting of four 6-month rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging assignments and world-class training. Training topics include lean, functional expertise (EHS, quality, materials, sourcing, manufacturing engineering, etc.), as well as leadership and personal development topics.
There are 3 mandatory rotation opportunities every OMLP will complete:
- Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor (people leader of hourly workforce)
- Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow)
- Technical (quality, lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer)
**What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)**:
- BS or MS in Engineering or Supply Chain. Supply chain degrees should have hands on manufacturing experience.
- Unrestricted work authorization to work in Italy
- Desire to stay in Italy post completion of the OMLP program
- Overall GPA (or equivalent) greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 (without rounding).
- Prior work experience - including but not limited to work in a manufacturing setting (internship or associate)
- No more than 2 years of full-time industry experience
- Open to relocation (within home country. There are no international rotations)
- Fluent in Italian. English professional level.

- A major in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering

- A strong commitment to a career in manufacturing/supply chain
**Relocation requirement**: All rotations will be in Italy. There are no international rotations. Must be willing to stay in one of the hiring cities upon completion of the program.
