**Job Purpose**:
We are looking for a Senior Business Unit Manager, who will own and develop the divisional strategy for our GCC (Global Computing Components) business unit in Italy, and drive growth and profitability in line with corporate goals.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Senior relationship management for all vendors & customers
- Total Profit and Loss ownership: understand, influence and achieve
- Recruitment, leadership, management and coaching of staff to achieve Business unit objectives
- Set strategic direction for the Business Unit(s) in conjunction with key European leadership
- Development of key channel relationships
- Input into Company strategy and direction
- Directional input into purchasing, sales and pricing policy
- Contribution of new ideas for planning and execution at strategic and operational levels
- Escalation point of contact for all vendors in the Business Unit
- Development and management of the vendor business plans
- Identify market growth opportunities and build plans to capitalize
- Ownership of the annual operating plan (AOP) for business unit(s)
- Drive share of wallet (market share) and market growth targets
- Full ownership of divisional business plans
- Internal key stakeholder engagement up to board level
- Visibility and profile of the business unit internally and externally
