Organization Mission The Global Business Service (GBS) department inside Campari Group is focused on Finance and SC processes, working through both an internal organization and a Global Business Outsourcer (BPO) which partners with Campari along GBS development and running.
The Service Excellence Delivery organization as part of the Campari GBS is responsible for: The excellence of the service delivery with respect to clear and transparent SLA and OLA among all the parties involved in each process in scope.
Respect to the Global Model in place and continuous evolutions.
The goal of this structure is the focus on cross-functional service delivery and operational continuous improvement as well as service performance for all Campari local entities.
The execution of services is also managed through external providers (BPO, business partner outsourcer), under the strong governance, control, and orchestration of the Campari GBS Service Delivery team.
The Campari GBS Service Excellence Delivery Team comprises 18 people, working directly to guarantee the performance of the internal team and of the BPO organization dedicated to Campari, composed of a team of 200 people located in five delivery centers in all geographies (located in South America, Europe, India, and China), liaising with all Campari Local organizations points of contact for each stream/practice (around 50 people), in full alignment with Group functions and the GBS Global Delivery Model.
The process and services in scope include Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procurement to Pay, and Master Data Management.
The geographical scope includes all Group markets as well as Group functions.
General Description of the Role The Master Data Specialist supports his or her Manager to cover the Accounting, Vendor, Customer, and Material Master Data areas.
Mission/Objectives The mission of the role is to support the implementation of the new way of working and the quality/time of the execution of the tasks in scope, consistent with Group guidelines and the GBS model.
He/She supports the Master Data Manager to ensure accuracy and completeness in the activities under their responsibility and proactively contributes to improve the processes in scope together with the Global and Regional SC organizations, the GBS Transformation and Governance teams, and Group Finance functions, working with the BPO delivery centers.
Key Responsibilities and Activities The role will be responsible for the following activities: In charge of the creation and management of the accounting master data (GL account, cost center, profit center, PL matrix, WBS, WBE).
Ensure the management of customer and vendor master data activities.
Support material master data activities involving creation and modification in SAP of new products.
Identify and deploy controls to guarantee data integrity.
Engage proactively in managing potential risks in master data accuracy.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the processes and ensure implementation.
Engage with Campari Legal Entities to ensure a smooth Customer Experience.
Coordinate and manage the BPO (business process outsourcer) in order to guarantee the service level agreed.
Education / Professional Qualifications Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines (Economic/Business Administration/ Accounting, Financial Management).
Previous relevant experience in Master Data field (Finance or Supply Chain).
Advanced user of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
SAP knowledge.
Fluent English is a mandatory requirement.
