We are looking for an administrative professional fluent in both Italian and English to join the Investment Banking team based in Milan.
Duties Proactive diary management for busy investment bankersArranging travel; organizing and providing detailed travel schedulesLiaising with internal and external stakeholders to organize client meetings and full trip agendasProcessing expenses and invoices in a timely mannerArranging internal and client meetings on and off the GS campus - booking of conference rooms and catering, registering guests, ensuring materials organizedAdhering to Compliance regulations and gaining the relevant approvalsGeneral team admin including photocopying, printing, attendance tracking, phone answering and relaying messagesAct as an integral member of the team; maintaining a high level of awareness of current priorities and support requiredRegularly facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and ensure relevant information is disseminated accordinglyInvolved in client event organizationFlexibility to support assistant colleagues and cover when necessarySkills & Experience Required Fluent in both Italian and EnglishPrior experience as an assistant, or in an administrative and/or customer service roleSolid organizational skills – ability to multi-task and prioritize effectivelyStrong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills and teamwork; ability and willingness to work collaboratively amongst assistant team based both locally and globally.Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and confidentlyProactivity – ability to take initiative, follow up where necessary without prompting and seek clarification when neededStrong work ethic with a positive attitude and growth mindsetAbility to work well under pressure and stay professional in a busy environmentDiscretion – ability to always handle sensitive matters confidentiallyABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS At Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
