**_ GAUCHER & HUNTER BRAND MANAGER_**
- The position reports to the Rare Marketing Lead
- The role is based in Italy - Office based (Rome)
**_ ROLE OBJECTIVE_**
- Support the Rare Marketing Lead in brand marketing strategies design for medium and long-term, in line with EUCAN Marketing guidelines and BU objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the brand marketing plan through digital marketing strategy and tactics definition, looking for innovative digital communication solutions that meet company and customers' needs, within EUCAN Digital Marketing guidelines and BU policies.
**_ ACCOUNTABILITIES_**
- Develop and implement the Strategic Marketing Plan in line with the Global and EUCAN Brand Strategy and LOC BU objectives.
- Implement the marketing initiatives indicated in the strategic brand plan including but not limited to:
- Development and implementation of promotional materials.
- Implementation of multi-channel solutions including digital, mailings & newsletter, media & PR activities for all customers in line with the strategic plan and compliance.
- Creation of programs and tactics customized for different customer groups including HCPs, patients, patient associations and media.
- Manage specific Marketing projects defined in the Integrated brand plan.
- Manage other key processes related to the management of the brand:
- Development of key product assumptions in the different indications in terms of projected epi data, market and patient share, treatment duration, etc.
- Preparation of sales forecast and financial plan and volume allocated monitoring in order to avoid products stock out and to maximize forecast accuracy.
- Organization and attendance local and international congresses and other relevant events.
- Building solid relationship with internal and external stakeholders and agencies.
- Manage the documental and operational activities needed to implement the marketing initiatives.
- Ensure planning and budgetary control of all marketing activities.
- Collaborate with Rare Marketing Lead, V&A Lead and Medical Lead on key projects to grow Takeda visibility and generate value added services for the physicians.
- Collect data, conduct analysis and provide insights to enable refinement of communication and services.
**_ SKILLS and CAPABILITIES_**
**Education and Experience**:
- University degree (marketing, science preferably).
- Experience: from 1 to 4 years in marketing specific role.
- From 2 to 5 years in related experience - commercial excellence role in pharmaceutical industry or consultant in primary consultancy firms in team dedicated to pharmaceutical industry and/or healthcare providers or OCE role in pharmaceutical industry.
- Rare diseases specific experience will be a plus.
- Fluent written & spoken English.
