Job Purpose The candidate will coordinate and ensure the entire manufacturing cycle (receipt of raw materials, storage, sampling, labeling, dispensing, processing in the oral solids department) and the activities of the "oral solids manufacturing" department. The activities should be carried out in compliance with the timelines set by the planning department, and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures, and Environmental Health and Safety Regulations. Key Responsibilities In a continuous improvement perspective, the Manufacturing Manager will: Organize the department's activities by coordinating a team over 3 shifts for five days a week. Cooperate with other company departments to ensure compliance with manufacturing timelines and quality requirements. Lead manufacturing team in investigations of deviations and CAPA management to prevent non-conformities. Required Education Not specified. Required Skills and Experience At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing of oral solids, with strong technical ability to solve operational challenges. Excellent knowledge of GMP standards. Proven experience in managing manufacturing teams. Management of internal and regulatory authority audits. Required Behaviours and Competencies Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of the main SAP modules.
