Become an integral member of the Analog Devices Customer Quality Organization in EMEA to be the Quality Interface between our rapidly growing Customer base in EMEA and Analog Devices. Your main tasks will be: Customer InteractionTechnical discussion with customers on semiconductors and their applications (Fab processes, Assembly, Packages, Specification)Support on joint qualification questions (incl.
APQP, PPAP, PPA) for Customers and Sales TeamNegotiate Customer AgreementsProvide support and accompany Customer audit requestsRegular customer visitsAdvocate for continuous improvement and Zero-Defect approach of related manufacturing and business processesFailure AnalysisCustomer Interface for Failure Analysis requestsEvaluate Customer return failure descriptionsOrganize failure analysis initiationsFailure Analysis results discussion with CustomersCommunication with product / failure analysis sitesChange ManagementWork with the Customer on PCN, PDN and get approval on changesInternal ActivitiesKeep track of case responses in order to meet Customers expected cycle timesMaintain Customer related quality statistics and score cardsIdentify quality improvement opportunities for the CustomerMaintain return databasesInterfaces closely with Sales Teams and Business UnitsOur expectations on you as our candidate are: BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering / Microelectronics, 1 year experience in Quality or (Field) ApplicationsLanguages:Italian / German (B2) based on location and English as company-wide languageOther European language helpfulDriving licenseWillingness to travel on businessTeamwork mindsetMindful communicationsGeneral Microsoft Office and web based applications#LI-CO1
