Front Desk Associate First Shift (6am-2pm)Front Desk Associate The Front Desk Associate will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym. This position will provide assistance to members with inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties. The individual must possess excellent customer service skills, communicate effectively with staff and members, have a basic understanding of accounting principles, cash processing procedures, and computer skills. All Front Desk Associates are required to participate in the general cleanliness of the club daily, community outreach, and marketing. Current CPR Certification is mandatory.
