Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Funnel Builder (GoHighLevel) to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside our Marketing Tech Implementor to manage and optimise assigned subaccounts within the GoHighLevel platform, ensuring seamless client onboarding and handling the technical backend tasks with minimal oversight.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GoHighLevel's functionalities and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service with little need for training.
Key Responsibilities SubAccount Management: Oversee and manage subaccounts within the GoHighLevel platform as assigned on a project workflow basis. Ensure all information within the system is accurate and up-to-date. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues. Onboarding and Account Setup: Lead onboarding with confidence, providing a smooth and efficient experience. Customise and configure GoHighLevel accounts to meet individual needs. Implement and Optimise: Implement and optimise workflow automations and funnel setups with guidance and oversight from our Marketing Tech Implementor. Integrations: Seamlessly integrate various tools and platforms with GoHighLevel. Manage calendar integrations to ensure synchronisation and accuracy. Handle the integration of content and data from external sources. Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance and support. Proactively troubleshoot workflow issues and continuously optimise automation processes. Stay informed on GoHighLevel's latest features and updates to maintain high performance. Client Communication: Maintain clear professional communication ensuring all parties are well-informed and satisfied. Provide timely updates on project progress and effectively address any concerns. Experience & Requirements GoHighLevel Expertise: You have a solid hands-on understanding of GoHighLevel's features and functionalities with experience working across multiple accounts. Technical Proficiency: You're adept at working with various software tools and integrations requiring minimal guidance. Problem-Solving Skills: You have a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. Attention to Detail: You're meticulous in managing accounts and data ensuring accuracy and quality. Communication Skills: You excel in both written and verbal communication with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Organisation: You're highly organised, capable of managing varied workloads and tasks simultaneously with efficiency. Remote Work: This is a mid-level position ideal for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training and oversight. You must be able to work autonomously and independently with management guidance from our Marketing Tech Implementor and Senior Leadership team. Nice to Have Prior experience in a client-facing role. Knowledge of HTML and CSS. Familiarity with GoHighLevel and marketing automation tools.
