Job DescriptionWe are looking for young talents motivated to enrich their professional curriculum as Fund Management Analyst in the Fund Management Team of Generali Real Estate SGR.ResponsibilitiesFund ManagementWorking with the Senior Fund Managers to support transaction decisions and implementation.Collaborating with the Asset Management team to gather information for business planning and execution of strategy.Providing ad-hoc support for investment activity pipeline, property development, investor requests, and portfolio risk assessments.Facilitating various fund projects and preparing ad-hoc analysis and management reports.Supporting portfolio performance analysis.Taking an active role in supporting the Fund Management team in the overall management of the Fund business.Portfolio AnalysisWorking with Accounting and Asset Management teams to provide forecasts for each portfolio.Evaluating property performance data across multiple variables to create analysis at asset and fund level.Maintaining portfolio and fund level performance metrics.Tracking and analyzing asset and fund performance (including internal rate of return, time-weighted returns, and other performance metrics).Investor Relations, Capital Raising, and ReportingSupporting the preparation of quarterly and annual client reports, including fund and portfolio updates, individual asset summaries, and market research across major property types.Assisting in the preparation of marketing-related materials for current investors and prospects, including corporate overviews, fund updates, and marketing materials.Supporting ongoing investor correspondence and performance analysis, including client calls, due diligence questionnaires, and data requests such as realized returns, projected cash flows, and historical performance.Requirements1-2 years of experience in the role.Overall knowledge and understanding of institutional investment in Real Estate.Experience in portfolio management, asset management, capital markets, or acquisitions.Competencies in financial modeling.Proficiency in computer applications, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Soft Skills RequiredCurious, creative, analytic, and a numbers-oriented thinker.Ability to work seamlessly on multiple projects and tasks.Team-oriented and willing to perform tasks outside primary job description.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated and energetic.Highly proficient in spoken and written English.Willingness to travel.Company ProfileGenerali Real Estate S.p.A. is one of the world's leading real estate asset managers with around €38.7 billion of assets under management as of end of Q3 2023.
