Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Fund Management Analyst that will be part of Debt Funds Team of Generali Real Estate SGR with the responsibility to:Manage and monitor the existing portfolioEstablish and manage new cross-border funds (investing in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Western Europe)Be part of the Debt Funds Team in managing the existing portfolio (market, asset and debt analysis, support in decision making to senior management)Support the Debt Funds Team for strategy drafting and implementation for each managed investment vehicle Contribute to structuring activities for new vehicles Due diligence and analysis of underlying investments (real estate debts)The job position will allow a 360 exposure to the real estate asset class, including:Investment analysis and executionWork with the Senior Management to support transaction decisions and implementationBe actively involved in due diligence task (real estate, economic, legal and fiscal)Assist in portfolio performance analyses relative to investment objectivesSupport and drive analysis of potential opportunities in new market and sectorsPortfolio AnalysisSupport decision making process for Boards and Advisory Committee decisionsWork with Debt Funds Team and Accounting to provide forecasts for each portfolio investmentsCritically evaluate fund performance data across multiple variables to create analysis of assets and fund level performanceMaintain portfolio and fund level performance metricsTrack and analyze asset and fund information and investor performance for company investment funds, including internal rate of return, time weighted returns and other performance metricsAssist with preparation of quarterly and annual client reports, including fund and portfolio updates, individual asset summaries and market research across major property typesAssist in the preparation of marketing-related materials for current investors and prospective new investorsAssist with materials for ongoing investor correspondence and performance analysis, including client calls, investor questionnaires and data requests such as realized returns, projected cash flows, and historical performanceRequirementsMust have:Candidates must have a graduate business degree.
The successful candidate should have at least one year of experience in real estate asset management, real estate lending, private equity or business consulting.Skills:Overall knowledge and understanding of real estate investment/debt market at an international levelExperience in portfolio management, asset management, real estate lending, capital markets, or acquisitionsHigh level of competence required in financial modelingProficiency in computer applications skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointShould be a curious, creative, analytic and a numbers oriented thinkerAbility to work seamlessly on multiple projects and tasksTeam oriented and willingness to perform tasks outside his or her primary job descriptionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and energeticHighly proficient in spoken and written EnglishWillingness to travelCompany ProfileGenerali Real Estate S.p.A. is one of the world's leading real estate asset managers with around €38.7 billion of assets under management as of end of Q3 2023.
