This newly created position reports directly to the VP of Investor Relations, supporting fund administration and investor relations. Role is ideal for a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills and 3 years of financial services industry experience: accounting/finance, fund management, or investor relations.
Direct Hire opportunity works onsite with Monday – Friday hours from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Responsibilities: Deliver timely and accurate fund performance analyses and reports.Collaborate with tax, legal, and accounting teams for prompt reporting.Coordinate with custodians and third parties to ensure compliance.Regularly verify report and presentation accuracy.Investor Relations: Manage and track investor inquiries, ensuring timely responses.Support investor onboarding and reporting processes.Maintain and update investor information.Assist in drafting communications and updating the Investor Relations webpage.Support the VP in preparing reports and presentations.General Duties: Draft correspondence and prepare meeting materials.Schedule meetings and calls with investors and service providers.Identify and implement process improvements for routine and quarterly projects.Provide administrative support as needed.Requirements: 3 years of relevant financial services industry experience: accounting/finance, fund management, or investor relations.Strong integrity and adherence to compliance regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Flexibility to work occasional overtime.Fantastic company culture; bonus eligible role with stock bonus; comprehensive benefits and paid parking.
