You will be accountable for the demand management process across Global Functions/Business to assess, prioritize, and enable the delivery of technology that drives business strategy, outcomes, and value.
A Day in the Life of… a Technology Expert Relationship Management: Decrease the complexity of collaboration between Global Managed Business/Function and W360 and inspire/enable value through W360 products.
Value Delivery: Understand the Business strategy and provide business receivers with the art of the possible with our technology, from the creation of functional roadmaps to deployments and elimination of functional legacy solutions.
Leadership: This role involves value realization, effective senior leader communications, facilitating issue resolution, triggering escalation processes when required, and understanding the IT organization, stakeholders, and governance.
