As an integral member of our international SCM Change Management and Continuous Improvement (CMCI) Team, you will engage with colleagues across various regions to foster a culture of high performance and engagement.Your responsibilities1) Training and Development StrategyDefine and develop a comprehensive, agile, and future-focused learning strategy and delivery planEstablish and prioritize data driven technology and evolving technologies, optimizing training products to enhance learning impact and user experienceFoster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting digital and self-directed learning tools and platformsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programs using relevant metrics and feedback mechanismsContinuously improve programs based on insights and best practicesEnsure training resources are utilized and coordinated effectively, aligning training priorities with business strategyEstablish and manage vendor relations, ensuring the acquisition of training and learning opportunities from external providersCoaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals as needed2) Skills and Competency DevelopmentWork cross-functionally with Head of SCM and his direct reports as well as SCM HR Business Partner and the BU SCM Managers to identify changing skills needs and align business, talent, and learning outcomesDrive the development of skills, competencies, and career paths, aligning closely with talent management and succession planning processes3) Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders4) Employee Engagement and WellbeingProvide organizational and project management support in employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiativeAct as an internal engagement and culture ambassador dedicated to fostering engagement and cultureSupport activities/programs that recognize and celebrate employee achievements and success storiesYour backgroundUniversity degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related fieldAt least 10+ years of experience as a capability lead or in a similar role within an international business environment, with a proven track record in building a learning organizationExperience in designing, developing, leading, and delivering large cross-organizational training and digital projects, including transitioning to digital environments (e.g., re-platforming, online, blended, mobile, and disruptive technologies)Business fluency in English (essential, both verbally and in writing); knowledge of other languages is an assetHighly experienced with digital tools, including e-learning platforms, HR systems, and Microsoft MS365 applicationsOutstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence through facts, policies and practices as well as engage diverse audiencesAbility to work independently with limited supervisionWorks independently with general supervision.
