Functional Analyst/Pmo

HSPI S.p.A, a leader in IT Governance, Digital Innovation, and Business Consulting services and part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Functional Analyst and PMO resource to expand and strengthen its team in Rome.
The role will involve engaging in various activities and being involved in innovative IT projects related to the Public Administration sector.
**Main responsibilities**:
**Perform functional analysis**: requirements analysis and gathering, testing, defining test books, and drafting technical documentation;
PMO activities for IT asset management, SLA management, and operational reporting;
Data Analysis and Data Visualization for implementing dashboards to support the Client's decision-making process.
**Required technical skills**:
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel and Power Point;
Basic knowledge of major Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI and Qlik;
Planning and management skills.
**Educational background**: Master's degree in economic/scientific disciplines.
**Additional qualifications**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Goal-oriented with attention to detail;
Excellent problem-solving skills.
