Functional Analyst:For the expansion and strengthening of the staff at the Rome office, HSPI is looking for junior resources to be included in the role of Functional Analyst.
The resource will be integrated into an existing team and will work for one of the most important clients in the Public Administration sector. Together with a team of analysts, they will collaborate in defining the evolution programs of the Service Management systems, after understanding the underlying processes.
Main Responsibilities:Study of enterprise service management processes;Study of international reference frameworks (ITIL, COBIT);Application of processes to real case studies;Definition of functional requirements to be shared with the client and subsequently with the system integrator. Required Skills:1-2 years of experience in the same role;Knowledge of the application lifecycle;Degree in STEM disciplines (Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering);Excellent analytical and relational skills;Predisposed to teamwork and achieving results.
