Functional Analyst

Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and understand functional and system requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support the design, documentation, and testing of systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
Monitor and analyze data flows, generate KPI reports, and propose improvements.
Create and maintain up-to-date end-to-end diagrams of data flows, working closely with development and support teams.
Implement communication plans for data operations using available tools and platforms.
