Full-Time Nanny & Personal Assistant in Venice $25+ Location: Venice
Overview : A dynamic and structured family in Los Angeles is seeking a full-time Nanny and Assistant to support their school-aged children and manage household tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, reliable, and capable of juggling childcare responsibilities with personal and assistant duties.
This is a split role which will both support the family in after school childcare duties and will also support the family in an executive assistant position for a family-run business.
We're looking for that special person who is highly organized but also playful and nurturing.
Engage and care for children in a nurturing and active environment, facilitating educational and playful activities.
Manage household calendars, including scheduling appointments, playdates, and children's activities Perform household tasks, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands.
Manage laundry, including folding and sorting Handle confidential family matters with discretion and integrity.
Support the family with organizational tasks, including managing emails and coordinating schedules.
Oversee executive and personal schedules, including email management, meetings, and calendar coordination.
Support project management, organize materials, and handle documentation such as presentations and summaries.
Manage travel, expenses, personal appointments, and errands, while proactively addressing needs and problem-solving for smooth operations.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a nanny and assistant, with excellent references.
Familiarity with child-friendly educational activities and a structured, routine-driven lifestyle.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred: CPR and First Aid certified.
