Job Description We are looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE & WELCOMING Team member who wants to join a FANTASTIC TEAM at a VIBRANT hotel! What will you be doing? Attend to all guest queries in a prompt, professional manner ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. We are on the search for someone who is able to multitask as this position includes Reception and Food & Beverage departments. We are looking for someone who is flexible as hours of work can vary and the role includes occasional night shifts as well as weekends and bank holidays.
