Descrizione del Ruolo We're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our fast-growing team in Bolzano. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing key features for H2LLO Smart, our CO2 emission and reporting platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. Implement both front-end and back-end components, ensuring smooth integration. Work closely with the CTO to define technical requirements and deliver new features. Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability. Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to the team's best practices. Collaborate with the team to solve complex challenges and improve the user experience. Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration. Requirements Strong experience in fullstack development (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, etc.). Solid knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express, Python, or similar). Proficiency in front-end frameworks like React or Angular. Experience with databases (Postgres preferred) and working with cloud environments (preferably AWS). Familiarity with API design and RESTful services. Experience in agile development methodologies. A passion for clean tech and building sustainable solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and highly motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to take initiative and work independently. Nice to Have Experience with IoT systems or large-scale data processing. Understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes). Previous experience in a startup environment. Example sites that you have worked on that you can show us the design & code of. We welcome meeting people who do not live in Bolzano but are willing to travel to the city at least once a month. Additionally, the main language spoken in our team is English; Italian is not mandatory.
