RINA is currently recruiting for a Full-Scale Testing Engineer Laboratory to join its office in ROME within the Materials & Technologies Division.
Mission RINA Consulting – Centro Sviluppo Materiali is searching for a new resource to be introduced as Lab Engineer into the Full Scale Testing Lab crew.
Full Scale Testing Lab is devoted to performing mechanical tests on full scale components or a portion of them, aiming to verify their functionality, performance, and limits according to actual working conditions.
Full Scale Testing Lab is focused on the Oil & Gas market, but digressions in the Aerospace & Defense as well as other sectors are frequent.
Job Responsibilities To perform tests according to European and International standards, depending on the type of component under test, defining test layout and detailed procedure.
To perform special tests required by our Customers and/or the Manufacturer of the component under test.
To issue test reports, in English.
To define tech spec and/or to design the test equipment needed to perform the tests.
To check periodically the calibration status of the test instrumentation and to manage the instrumentation set so to maintain it efficient and under calibration.
To collaborate with the rest of the team to carry on the activities and to find the solution to any problem could occur during work activity.
The new resource will respond to the Lab Manager and will be introduced in the Lab crew, with internal training (on the job).
