Job Overview:We are seeking an engaging and dedicated Front Office Supervisor to oversee our front desk operations.
You will work closely with our Front Office Manager to ensure excellent service for our guests, supervising and managing our Front Office team, in compliance with our company philosophy, operating standards and procedures.
You will work in a harmonious atmosphere with a focused approach on teamwork.Responsibilities and Duties:Assist our guests in all Front Office areas to make them feel comfortable and satisfied;Provide quality service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout the stay to increase the overall guest experience;Support the Front Office Manager to train, supervise, and support the Front Office Team (Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, Doorman/Porter);Ensure effective communication between the front office staff and other departments in compliance with our current procedures;Maintain professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers, and colleagues;Create a positive and collaborative work atmosphere within the team, spreading the culture of proactive teamwork among company departments;Verify cash float at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure correct statements;Support the accounts department by responding accurately and efficiently to all queries relating to Front Office;Collect all materials needed from the warehouse in accordance with the instructions received;Meticulously fulfill the handover to the colleague responsible for the next shift;Ensure compliance with all the rules and maintain very high standards of hygiene, behavior, and grooming of staff.We Require:Previous experience in the same role in a luxury work environment;Strong communication skills both written and verbal, fluent in English and Italian; a third language will be a plus;Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;Motivation and ability to work in a multitasking environment and prioritize tasks;Good leadership and problem-solving abilities;Excellent knowledge of PMS ProTel, SynXis booking engine, and TravelClick CRS will be a plus.We Offer:Well-being activities (Yoga classes, get-together activities, welfare measures);Competitive salary offer;Staff accommodation.Note: Further details will be provided during the job interview.Funzione lavorativa: Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
