Front Office Receptionist

With only 25 exclusive suites, two Michelin-awarded restaurants, and a world-famous Med Spa, our commitment to excellence is at the heart of everything we do.
As a Front Office Agent, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our international guests, being their first point of contact and ambassador for our renowned service standards.
Languages: Fluency in English, Italian, and German is essential; additional languages are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is mandatory.
Candidates with experience in a Leading Hotel of the World or a 5-star property will be preferred.
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
