Front Office Manager - International 4* Lifestyle Hotel

Job Description For an International Lifestyle 4* Hotel in Rome, we're looking for a Front Office Manager You will be reporting to the GM and directly responsible for the operations of the Front Office Team.
Main duties Creating a great experience for our Guests and Colleagues.
Creating and implementing company standards for the department Being responsible for the recruitment and training of the team Implementing the PMS and all the other tools Being responsible for the administration tasks of the team Owning and striving to improve the quality and departmental metrics Ensuring health and safety policies are well known and compliant at all times What we are looking for: Previous experience in same or similar role, preferably in a hotel chain environment Good communicator and natural leader Fluent in Italian and English; any additional language would be considered a plus IT skills Location: Rome, Italy Check Your Resume for Match Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.
