Our collaborator is delighted to share an opportunity for a talented and passionate front desk trainée to join their team for the 2024 season.
The resort is a 750 acre private estate hidden away in the hills and valleys of Tuscany whose ethos is a commitment to slow food, slow living, and sustainable organic farming. On a peaceful hilltop in the heart of Tuscany, you will find elegantly curated accommodations, Michelin star dining, and a variety of healthy experiences.
Your tasks will include:Support the work of the F&B Supervisor and the Restaurant Manager.Assist in the delivery of banqueting events and restaurant experiences.Assist in the preparation of Banquet Event Orders, menus, and wine lists.Assist the guests since the arrival, at the restaurant throughout the restaurant experience.Support F&B manager during the calculation of the department operations.Requirements:Strong customer-oriented attitude.Good communication skills.Proactive approach to solving problems.Strong motivation and desire to learn.Excellent grooming.Hands-on approach.Excellent written and spoken English and fair Italian language skill would be desirable.Respect for nature and for the values that the earth represents.Conditions:Shared accommodation.Meals.Uniform.30/40 hours weekly.Monthly payslip of € 500.
