You will be cross training in the different Front Office departments of the Hotel including Front Desk, Concierge and Guest Services.
You will be exposed to a luxury environment and learn how to deal with different payment methods, welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and procedures.

You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences.
You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
A third language would represent an advantage.
