We are looking for a Beach Concierge to act as the hotel's main point of contact for our guests enjoying their stay at the beach, together with the Beach Service Supervisor.
Beach butler responsibilities include greeting guests, making dining and entertainment arrangements, and keeping guest rooms and suites up to the hotel and guest standards.
Ultimately, you will help us provide the best possible experience for our guests during their stay.
Main Responsibilities: Meet guests when they arrive at the beachAnticipate guests' needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.Remain well-groomed at all timesKeep up-to-date on all hotel policies on safety and hygienePerform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanorRequirements Experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industryExcellent organizational skillsAbility to adapt to a fluid environmentCommitment to a high level of customer serviceStrict attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretionKnowledge of food and wine pairings is a plusAssociate's or bachelor's degree in hotel managementExcellent English and Italian skills; a third language will be considered a plusThis is a seasonal contract according to Italian law "C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Federalberghi."
