As our Front Office Agent, you will provide the most heartfelt service to our guests and make sure they are having the best time with us.
You are a real team player and can inspire your team members with your sparkling personality, and you find it important to create a positive and ambitious work environment where fun comes first.

Read on because… This is what you're going to do Together with your team, you will ensure our guests will have the most heartfelt service in all areas including F&B.
You will share all the ins and outs the city has to offer.
You will take care of the check-ins and outs, guest requests and reservations.
You can inspire the team with your creativity and new ideas to further improve our Guest Experience.
This is why your new job is challenging You work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
As a result, you always keep an overview, are able to set priorities and switch quickly working closely with Housekeeping team and Maintenance team, providing also an outstanding F&B service.
You know how to make connections and you take the initiative when decisions have to be made.
This is why you are the best candidate To succeed in this role, we believe you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
You speak and write fluently in both Italian and English.
It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and creative professional with good communication skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures.
You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team.
