Reports to Front Office Manager
Primary Responsibilities Include: Fulfil operations of the Front Office, according to the company policies, standards and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times: handle all guest arrival check-ins and departure check-outsCreate memorable and tailored experiences for all guests following Belmond standardsCoordinate guest services, working with local partners to ensure consistency in the level of serviceAnticipate Guests' needs and handle Guests' complaintsCross-sell hotel services and venuesHandle reservation inquiries and relative requestsSupport the team with Concierge emails, PBX, chatConsistently meet or exceed defined performance expectations as per management's goals ensuring all guest satisfactionRequirements What You Bring: Excellent communication skills, both with Guests and co-workers/colleagues.
