  Objective: The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and welcoming guest and making them feel welcomed in their environment.
    Qualifications : Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greets and welcomes guests.
Assigns rooms and keys.   Adheres to room rates as assigned by Front Office Manager.    Maintain room availability.
Collects and distributes messages for guest.
Prepares bills and collects payments for visit.
Assists in solving billing discrepancies.
Answers inquiries regarding hotel area and services.
Adopts immaculate phone and interaction etiquette with guests Provides genuine service and welcome to all guests Provides guests with places to visit eat and shop.
Arranges transportation of guest.
Maintains hotel records.
Runs nightly reports as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
