Front Office Agent

Ensure that all guests are being followed, always cared for and treated in an extremely polite and courteous manner according to the standards dictated by the company.Assist guests with all the queries, promote activities and dining experiences, upsell when possible in order to maximize company's revenue.Maintain good communication with all departments in order to ensure smooth operations and guests' satisfaction.• Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out operations• Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts• Know all guests and their demands.• Have a very detailed knowledge of the territory and all the services and activities available to guests.• Efficiently assist guests with queries, restaurants and experiences reservations• Take good note of guests' feedbacks, ensure that guest's complaints are always promptly addressed to the department head• Complete and maintain any report requested by management• Always be supportive to colleagues and Hotel Management• Ensure that no information, names, room numbers, details or anything else relating to guests is disclosed to third parties unless authorized by the management.• Ensure that only authorized persons enter the hotel and the guest Rooms.• Inform the authorities of any incident regarding Guest's or Staff.• Be aware of all emergency evacuation procedures.• Be responsible at work to avoid any dangerous situations for Guest's and Staff.• Inform the security department of any suspicious packages found in the hotel premises.Role: Front Office AgentJob Type: Seasonal , Full TimeLocation: Florence,Apply for this job now.
