Responsibilities:Develop and implement user-facing features and components for web applications using Angular or React, adhering to best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes and mockups into responsive and interactive user interfaces.Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to junior developers, and proactively addressing technical challenges.Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their integration into the development process.Work closely with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between the front-end and back-end systems.Implement and maintain unit tests and participate in integration testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications.Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, attending daily stand-ups and contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.What will help you succeed: Good English knowledgeProven experience as a Front End Developer, with a strong focus on Angular or React.Demonstrated expertise in building responsive, mobile-first web applications.Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code with a keen eye for performance optimization.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to a diverse team.At Globant, we believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment makes us stronger.
