DescriptionWe're in search of a hotel front desk manager that will provide exceptional service, so every guest who stays with us becomes a repeat customer.
You'll be the face of the operation and the first person guests see when they come through the doors.
You'll be responsible for supervising staff, interacting with guests, and ensuring our high standards for customer satisfaction are met.

ResponsibilitiesMake sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as neededManage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they're providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policiesLead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stayCommunicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaintsGather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general managerQualificationsHospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this roleShowcase exceptional multitasking, communication, and management skillsMust possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar positionExperience with MS office and bookkeeping skills desiredCompensation$14 - $16 hourly
