As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our Physical Therapy, Wellness, Client Success, and Billing Teams. We seek an enthusiastic, client-service-oriented individual who is as passionate about health and wellness as we are. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a positive client experience, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities: Greeting guests and managing phone and email communications. Acting as an ambassador for Performance Optimal Health, knowledgeable in our services and offerings. Executing administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and document management. Ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and managing client records within our EMR System. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area to foster a welcoming environment. Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall client experience and operational efficiency. Addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Supporting cross-department communication and teamwork. Completing additional related tasks as necessary. Qualifications: Outstanding customer service skills. Strong work ethic, initiative, and a willingness to learn. Excellent listening skills and administrative expertise. Ability to adapt quickly and thrive as a self-starter. Competence in managing multiple tasks with grace and confidence. Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
