Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLeads, coaches and reinforces Festival culture, exceptional guest service, and performance expectations to all Fresh Cut associatesAssists with training new Fresh Cut associatesCollaborates with the Fresh Cut Department Manager on the documentation of violations of company policies/procedures by Fresh Cut associates Ensures all department standards are being met in the Fresh Cut departmentMaintains appropriate inventory levels and ensures accurate pricing on products received and soldCommunicates and works cooperatively with Store Director, Produce Department Manager and Fresh Cut associates to maintain standards and exceed guest expectationsOversees all sanitation within Fresh Cut departmentAssists guests with finding items they are looking for throughout the departmentAddresses guest concerns and resolves issues when a guest is not satisfied with the service or product receivedGuides Fresh Cut associates and provides guidance on career path developmentContributes to overall cleanliness of the department by sanitizing, organizing and cleaning work areas, and sales floor as neededEnsures all quality standards are being met, including quantity expectations at 100% by 10 am and 5 pmRegular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absencesOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.

The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly, providing more frequent access to their funds.
