CloudPay is looking for an experienced French Implementation Specialist to join our fast-growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational processing of the French implementation payrolls alongside existing CloudPay resources.Please submit your English CVDaily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:Implementation of an in-house payroll platform with assistance from all relevant CloudPay departmentsAbility to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payrollResearch discrepancies in payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processingMaintain payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for complianceAnalyze payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payrollData input in line with French legislationAssist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration to be completed successfullyPartner with Transition Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery and OperationsSupport any parallel runs if testing if needed on a new requirementSupport the Software Release process by validating that new features have been accurately developedSupport the Operation team following the customer change setting requests, share experiences to raise and improve the France team knowledgesAttributes and Experience required:Excellent communication skills in English and French are essentialExpert level of knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms and reportingBusiness software experience required: Excel, Word, Email Apps, Google AppsMinimum of 2 to 5 years experience in implementation payroll processingKnowledge of Cegedim TeamsRH softwareKnowledge of the direct management of the entire payroll process in France and international payroll experienceExperience in implementation processes, software changes, and new customer managementTeam player with the ability to share information and interact positively with othersAssertive action and decision-making skillsStrong organisational skills and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlinesForward thinking, able to plan and organise own workloadPackage and Benefits: - Competitive annual salary - 24 days annual leave, plus bank holidays - Earned Wage Access (via CloudPay Now app) - Birthday leave - Flexible remote working - Life assurance - Private medical insurance - Personal and professional development opportunities - Friendly working environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
