Freelance Sr Backend/Fullstack Developer

Every Alfa begins their journey with a fixed-term contract of 1 year (CCNL Commercio, III Level), with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term and continuing a long path of growth within our organization.
Location:remote
20-40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1-month collaboration, with a strong possibility of renewal based on upcoming projects.

In your role, you will be responsible for:
Lead full stack feature development from concept to deployment, prioritizing security and scalability.
Drive architecture and design decisions to ensure solutions align with healthcare industry standards.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Mentor junior developers, promoting continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Implement automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to uphold code quality.
Contribute to roadmap planning by offering insights on technical feasibility, timelines, and resources.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, applying new knowledge to enhance products and processes.
Deliver a daily dose of humor and positivity to the team, keeping the work environment light, collaborative, and fun even during challenging projects
