What You'll Do: Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receiptsAccurately enter invoice details in financial or ERP systemsInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepanciesEnsure compliance with company policies and tax regulationsMaintain detailed records and manage invoice-related queries with vendors and internal teamsWhat We're Looking For: Native/fluent in German (verbal and written)Based in Montenegro (able to work legally without sponsorship)Experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeepingStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of tax regulations and accounting principlesGreat organizational and communication skillsWork schedule: Shift rotation, Monday to Sunday
