The Role Currently in the fundraising phase, they're seeking a Freelance Investor Relations Manager - Fundraising, to expand their investor network to HNWI and institutional partners who share their vision for impact and innovation.
You'll lead fundraising activities, directly supporting their goal of securing capital. This involves creating tailored pitches, managing investor relations, and executing end-to-end fundraising autonomously.
Key Responsibilities Fundraising Strategy & Execution Build and maintain a pipeline targeting HNWIs, family offices, foundations, and institutions. Conduct investor outreach, manage ongoing engagement, and tailor pitches to meet the strategic interests of their main target. Due Diligence & Reporting Oversee due diligence requirements and provide structured performance reports to investors, ensuring regulatory compliance and transparency. Networking & Market Insights Actively leverage personal and professional networks, as well as industry events, to expand their investor reach and stay informed on emerging market trends. About you Experience: 6+ years in fundraising with a verifiable network of HNWIs, family offices, and private investors (mostly in Europe). Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding specific fundraising goals. Investor-Centric Communication: Ability to adapt pitches and presentations based on audience needs, achieving high engagement and conversion rates. Languages: You are fluent in English and in another European language (Italian is a strong plus).
