About the Role: As a Freelance Coach, you will play a crucial role in coaching experienced professionals, including internal coaches and senior leaders within client organizations. This role emphasizes hands-on coaching and knowledge transfer, enabling managers to drive higher performance while establishing a solid coaching framework. Your mission will be to support individuals and teams in developing key management skills that foster sustainable performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate and embed Lean and performance management principles, sparking meaningful improvements in organizational performance.Deliver targeted coaching to experienced internal coaches and senior leaders, fostering long-term engagement and employee retention.Deploy Short Interval Control to reinforce performance-focused dialogues within teams.Diagnose processes, communication channels, and management systems to identify productivity improvement opportunities.Plan and lead strategic and operational activities on transformation projects, with a focus on structured, personalized coaching approaches.Develop management operating systems that support continuous performance improvements.Guide change management efforts to promote adoption of new behaviors and practices.Implement UTrakk as part of our projects (or as a standalone solution) to elevate operational performance and streamline issue resolution.Ideal Candidate Profile: We seek an experienced consultant and leader with a strong background in performance management and coaching, ideally within manufacturing. You are passionate about using coaching to elevate leaders' abilities and operational outcomes. You bring a broad understanding of Lean principles but know how to balance this with a coaching approach tailored to organizational leaders.
7+ years of relevant experience, particularly in consulting, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.Formal coaching certification or significant coaching experience with leaders at various levels.Fluency in Italian and English/French.Proficiency in Lean and continuous improvement.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.100% availability for business travel.Interested?
