What You'll Do
Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Partner with company leadership to identify new business opportunities and develop entry strategies in Aerospace & Defense.
Work with key stakeholders to execute these strategies and expand Roboze's footprint.Build Strategic Relationships: Engage and develop partnerships with key Aerospace & Defense contractors and subcontractors to position Roboze as a preferred supplier of high-performance additive manufacturing.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends to offer targeted solutions.Lead Teams and Manage Projects: Work alongside the global Aerospace & Defense Team to advance the development and application of Roboze technologies in the Aerospace & Defense sector.
Work cross-functionally to align with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to deliver value to clients.Expand Business Opportunities: Generate a robust pipeline of new opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and work with internal teams to close deals.
Leverage your network and industry knowledge to drive demand for Roboze's solutions.Market and Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends, identify unmet needs, and leverage this information to differentiate Roboze's solutions in the Aerospace & Defense sector.Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders: Work closely with Roboze teams to define technical requirements and support the integration of 3D printing technologies in aerospace applications.Required Qualifications
Proven Industry Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector, particularly within business development or technical leader/project manager roles focused on composite materials and additive manufacturing.Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of additive manufacturing.
Great understanding of aerospace technical environment, preferably experience with composites parts.Self-Starter: Ability to independently drive business development efforts, manage a pipeline of opportunities, and navigate complex sales cycles.Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and procurement leaders.Travel Required: Willingness to travel up to 70%.Language Proficiency: Native speaker in French is required and advanced in English.Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or previous design/technical roles.CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM management and sales tracking.Position Type: FULL TIME
