Fp&A Manager

Client Description:
Prepare the Group´s annual budget & quarterly re-forecasts.
This includes coordinating with local teams and global business leaders as well as reviewing, challenging and consolidating their plans;Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan;Support key business decision-making and strategic initiatives through ad hoc analyses and the building of meaningful financial models;Team up with our Head of Finance Systems and Processes to find and implement the right tool(s) for an efficient and iterative financial planning and forecasting process (including P&L, B/S, cash, headcount and relevant metrics forecasting); Collaborate with BI departmentand the Controller to build up insightful reports and dashboards to track business performance and deliver meaningful insights to business leaders.Skills Bachelor's degree required (finance, accounting, or related field of study);5-10 years of work experience in an FP&A role, in top Tier Companies;Experience working on a fast-growth online company;Advanced financial modelling skills and strong analytical skills; Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision;Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management;Experience with cloud planning platforms (Oracle NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Workday Adaptive planning or similar);Strong written and verbal English;MSc in Business Administration or Finance or holding an Accounting qualification is a plus;Experience with data visualization tools (e.g.
Tableau or Google Data Studio) is a plus.Work Location:
