Work Flexibility: Hybrid or OnsiteThe Stryker Italy Finance Team is responsible to meet all statutory and reporting requirements with the right quality and within the deadlines.
The FP&A department focuses on supporting sales, marketing and other functions with meaningful and actionable analysis.The role will need to support the coordination with various stakeholders in a matrix organization, including the local sales and marketing colleagues as well as European Financial Shared Service Center and the European FP&A team.The tasks will include supporting FP&A activities covering reporting of results (month-end-close and dashboard), budgeting and forecasting preparation, as well as involvement in several strategic projects.
This role reports to the FP&A Manager.Financial close / Forecasting and Budgeting processAssist the FP&A manager in the elaboration of the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing reports including all elements that are part of it (eg.
files preparation, commentary of financial results, review calls)Assist the FP&A manager in the coordination of the budgeting and projection processesFP&A reportingUndertake ad-hoc analysis and project work as required by the business to support key decisionsSupport the team with the transition to PowerBI / automation of reportsCommunicationEffectively communicates relevant information to stakeholdersResolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion Degree in Finance – or in progressFluent spoken and written English is mandatoryExcel strong skillsExperience/interest with PowerBi is desirableStrong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectivelyAbility to adapt to a quickly changing environmentTeam player, ability to foster strong relationships with othersProblem solving skillsInsert detailed job description here.Travel Percentage: None
