Location: Ravenna, Porto Corsini, Emilia-Romagna (IT-45), Italy Requisition Number: 34233 Job Title: FP&A Analyst, Industrial Operations In this role, you will be the main supporter for the Plant Manager from a financial perspective, identifying and driving improvements in the plants, ensuring targets for costs, important metrics, and CAPEX budget are reached. You will also provide accurate data in a timely manner, mainly for consolidation systems, and ensure compliance. The FP&A Analyst, Industrial Operations will collaborate regionally, working closely with industrial leaders in our Bunge plant located in Porto Corsini and maintain a good partnership with our colleagues from commercial, finance, and operations teams to understand business challenges and needs. Main Accountabilities: Work together with the plant manager and key plant stakeholders to detect potential cost deviations, mitigation plans, or saving opportunities, plus follow up on their execution and results. Ensure correct financial accounting reporting of industrial expenses monthly. Prepare accrual of variable cost to be booked by GL team. Build monthly forecast of plant industrial cost. Produce a monthly package with the analysis of actual expenses versus forecast and Business Plan (BP). Ensure forecast accuracy. Lead the preparation of yearly Business Plan (BP) of plant industrial expenses (Variable, Fixed, and Depreciation). Prepare monthly reports as well as ad hoc analysis to support plant manager, Industrial Director, and FP&A team. Drive the preparation of new initiatives (minor and major projects) and post-implementation reviews. Support Business Finance Partners in identifying and validating projects resulting in added profit and/or cost savings based on insights from KPI and benchmarking exercises. Ensure proper OPEX vs CAPEX classification. Monthly submission of proper PQSE KPI reporting. Ensure compliance with internal reporting guidelines and support external reporting (US-GAAP). Management, control, and documentation of inventory counts (commodities and spare parts). Work with other plant Industrial Finance Partners to standardize processes amongst the market and value chain. Support automation, process rebuilding, and process/software projects (Tableau, SAP). Participate in regional and global initiatives bringing value added to the finance community. Minimum Requirements: A degree in Finance, Management, or Business. /- 5 years of experience in a similar role. Ease of learning SAP, Tableau, One Stream, PQSE, and Genius tools. Fluency in both English and Italian are required. Ability to analyze large and complex data and extract simple actionable insights. Knowledgeable about international company procedures and compliance issues, having a global view of the business. Good communication skills.
