Descrizione Monthly monitoring of project performances and forecasting.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.Support the ERP management and related workflows.Check the new projects starting from the controlling perspective.Monitor IC transactions and support Transfer Pricing policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for financial analysis.Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports to support decision-making.Assist in defining metrics and KPIs.Continuously improve financial processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.Support and maintain the sales pricelist, keeping track of the adopted criteria.Profilo del Candidato Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or tax firms.Proficiency in the Italian language.Fluent in written and spoken English.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Experience with financial software applications SAP, Oracle, or Navision.Knowledge of Italian GAAP, IFRS, and financial statement analysis.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (KPIs).Proficient in PowerPoint.Offerta di lavoro - Competitive salary of €35,000 - €38,000
