**Mission**
FP&A & BRAND CO-PILOT
Act as a proactive business contributor in support of the Market CFO:
- to drive the Professional Beauty Division monthly, quarterly and annual financial plan development, budgeting process, variances analysis, management information process flow and special projects, including P&L.
- to track and analyze the financial performance vs targets and key performance indicators, including preparation financials and management presentation, business updates.
- to drive ROI mindset and ensuring transparent reporting
FIX COST CONTROL
- Coordinate monthly reporting and forecasting tasks for the business on division / function / account level and simplify/standardize fixed cost processes where possible.
Closely collaborate with CFO and directors to prepare BU inputs for corporate reporting and analysis.
**Main responsibilities**
- Own financial planning calendar at Division level and ensure timely submissions to Region/Corporate
- Preparation of financial forecasts (Plan, monthly Revenue/Profit Forecasts) incl.
system submissions
- Support GM / Market CFO and Legal Entity Controller on preparation of the Monthly Business Update (MBU) 1-Pager
- Coordinate Capex budgeting/approvals, depreciation forecast and B/S controls
- Prepare fixed cost forecast updates, coordinating input from key stakeholders (CFOs, HR, Custodians etc)
- Ensure effective and standardized system infrastructure (cost centers governance and creation) in place
- Ensure with Custodian Team that end-to-end process for Fixed Cost x-charges (in & out) in place: accuracy of journals, CC owner approvals, proper documentation incl.
input from corporate functions (e.g.
Tax, HR)
- Support month end process for customer investments
- Ad-Hoc reporting and analyses based on business needs
- Licensor audit support (where applicable)
**Knowledge & Experience**
- 2 years of Experience in Financial Analysis and Forecasting, ideally from previous local Copilot roles
- Very good understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet under IFRS
- Solid understanding of month-end close process and how it impacts P&L and B/S
- Experience in working in multi-functional environments
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance & Accounting
- Strong Excel skills, experience with SAP, Hyperion
