**Role Overview**
We are looking for a versatile team member to lead and optimize our main processes (accounting, customer service, logistics). You will be focused on improving user experience and ensure consistency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations including logistics, accounting, and customer service.
- Implement and optimize business automation and intelligence tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics ERP).
- Collaborate on the development of new features and internal process improvements (Python, PostgreSQL, Svelte)
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, collecting their feedback and leveraging it for reaching product market fit.
- Actively participate in strategic discussions
**Requirements**:
- Strong numerical, analytical, and technical skills.
- Experience with business intelligence software, spreadsheets, or programming.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to operate through KPIs.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Interest in sustainability and the fashion industry.

- Experience in branded communication for B2C/C2C businesses.
