Work ScheduleOtherEnvironmental ConditionsAdherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety StandardsJob DescriptionScope of Position/Responsibilities: In function of the indications received from the Manager and/or the Lead of the department, performs the tasks and activities listed below for which he/she has been trained, in compliance with the company's and department's SOPs and current safety regulations.Specific Duties/Primary Activities:Operate production machines in the Injectable Department outside the Sterile Area following the instructions described in the Batch Record and current SOPs.Clean production machines in the Injectable Department outside the Sterile Area at the end of production activities according to the instructions described in the Batch Record and current SOPs.Complete the Batch Record and department documentation related to the performed duties.Load filling lines outside the Sterile Area, verifying the compliance of materials with the Batch Record.Operate production machines in the Sterile Area following the instructions described in the Batch Record and current SOPs.Perform filter integrity tests at the end of production activities following the instructions described in the Batch Record and current SOPs.Clean machines in the Sterile Area at the end of production activities according to the instructions described in the Batch Record and current SOPs.Load/unload the lyostats during production activities in accordance with current SOPs.Clean the lyostat rooms as per current SOPs.Clean the Sterile area at the end of production activities in accordance with current SOPs.Conduct daily checks to ensure the constant availability of materials for managing the sterile area.Take care of machinery, materials, and the work environment, promptly communicating any anomalies to the supervisor.Handle activities related to chemical and microbiological sampling, drafting the relevant documentation as required by current SOPs.Requirements and Qualifications:Essential:Education/Training: Middle School DiplomaPersonality Traits:ResponsibilityAvailability: #J-18808-Ljbffr
